The Editors - Bullets
A bit of post punk revival for you here, one of my favorite bands in the genre actually, and most definatly, next to the arcade fire, the best post punk band to emerge within the past 10-20 years.
strongly influenced by Echo and the bunnymen & Joy division, especially vocally, they continue to write great and succesfull post-punk music in an era seemingly devoid of bands experimenting in the genre.
this song will always remain one of the best they’ve written in my eyes, upbeat, but at the same time melancholy.
